Senior Data Engineer

We are seeking a seasoned data engineer to spearhead the design and implementation of our large-scale data solutions.

This role involves crafting a comprehensive strategy for our BNL Data Warehouse initiatives, tackling complex data modeling challenges, and ensuring seamless delivery of features.

You will be part of a dynamic team driving innovative data-driven projects.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Leverage technical expertise to lead and mentor a team of senior engineers
  • Drive client communication, requirement gathering, and roadmap planning
  • Identify risks and provide mitigation strategies
  • Conduct PR reviews & guide best practices
  • Maintain strong documentation & communication skills
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in Data Engineering with 4+ years leading teams
  • Strong coding expertise: Python, JVM, and Shell scripting with production-grade experience
  • Cloud-native, data-intensive applications with AWS expertise
  • Data Warehouse design & development using modern DW tools
