We're looking for an exceptional Business Analyst to join our team. As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing and improving Large Language Models (LLMs).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze sales data across locations to identify trends and areas of improvement.
  • Create scenarios to test and enhance LLM performance.

Requirements:

  • Excellent reading and writing comprehension skills in English.
  • Strong analytical and research skills.
  • Able to provide constructive feedback and detailed annotations.
  • Creative and lateral thinking abilities.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • Available for up to 40 hours/week during business hours.
  • Desktop/Laptop setup with a good internet connection.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Literature, Journalism, Communications, Arts, Statistics, or related field.
  • Professional writing experience in roles such as business analyst, research analyst, copywriter, journalist, technical writer, editor, or translator.
  • Proficiency in Excel and Google Suite.
