About This Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Interior Design Lead to join our team in Hyderabad. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing mid to high segment residential projects, providing pre-design services, quotations, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop innovative interior designs for residential projects.
  • Provide pre-design services, including demonstrations of finishes and design options.
  • Prepare and share 3D designs and renders with clients.
  • Work closely with 3D Modeler to create detailed designs.
  • Meet client expectations in terms of budget and design aesthetics.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in residential designing.
  • 2 years of experience in the modular industry.
  • Proficient in Sketchup and Vray/Enscape.
  • Excellent knowledge of materials, finishes, ergonomics, and design principles.
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to inspire fellow designers.

About Our Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire fellow designers. They should be proficient in Sketchup and Vray/Enscape, and have excellent knowledge of materials, finishes, ergonomics, and design principles. Additionally, they should have a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in residential designing, and 2 years of experience in the modular industry.

Bonus Points:

  • Familiarity with design trends and technologies.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

What We Offer
