Job Title: Digital Transformation Expert

 

The role of Digital Lead involves driving digital transformation across the Asia Pacific region. The successful candidate will partner with commercial leadership teams to convert strategic vision into actionable digital initiatives.

 

Responsibilities include:

  • Partnering with APAC leadership and customer/category/technical teams to convert strategic vision into actionable digital initiatives.
  • Collaborating with global Consumer Health digital teams to align on strategy and navigate trade-offs at an enterprise level.
  • Prioritizing and funding high-impact digital initiatives, aligning with platform teams during annual planning.
  • Leading cross-functional squads to implement technology solutions for key business outcomes.
  • Working closely with platform leads to define short-term technical milestones aligned with long-term business goals.
  • Tracking and reporting progress on digital initiatives, sharing key insights and learnings quarterly with APA leadership.
  • Coaching teams to drive adoption and maximize the value of digital tools and platforms.
  • Championing a product- and platform-based digital operating model and supporting AI-driven transformation.
  • Taking ownership of at least one strategic enterprise-level initiative, working closely with platform unit leads.

 

Requirements include:

  • A bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in technology and/or business strategy implementation.
  • A strong understanding of digital platforms and consumer health or consumer goods industries.
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally and drive results.
  • Key competencies include consumer-first mindset, strategic and critical thinking, high learning agility and emotional intelligence, strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills, and awareness of regional socio-economic and market dynamics.
  • Strong business and financial acumen (ROI/TCO assessments), in-depth understanding of data, technology, and digital ecosystems, industry knowledge in consumer health or similar sectors, and excellent communication and influencing skills.
