Job Title: Automation Expert

We are seeking an experienced professional with a strong background in industrial automation, validation, and regulatory compliance.

  • This role involves delivering hands-on and theoretical training on automation systems to professionals across multiple industries.
  • Responsibilities include designing comprehensive training programs on industrial automation, validation, and regulatory compliance, as well as providing expert instruction on PLC, HMI, SCADA, and DCS systems.
  • Additionally, the ideal candidate will be able to conduct training on pharma validation processes, including equipment qualification (IQ/OQ/PQ), process validation, and compliance with global regulatory guidelines.
  • The successful candidate will also train on 21 CFR Part 11 compliance, data integrity, and GxP requirements, as well as deliver practical sessions on system integration, troubleshooting, optimization, and lifecycle management of automation systems.
  • Mentoring and guiding participants on industry best practices, preparing them for real-world challenges, is also a key aspect of this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop training programs for professionals in automation systems.
  • Provide expertise on PLC, HMI, SCADA, and DCS systems.
  • Conduct training on pharma validation processes.
  • Train on 21 CFR Part 11 compliance, data integrity, and GxP requirements.
  • Deliver practical sessions on system integration, troubleshooting, optimization, and lifecycle management.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Expertise in industrial automation tools, such as PLC, HMI, SCADA, and DCS.
  • Strong knowledge of validation processes, including pharma validation, equipment qualification, and process validation.
  • Familiarity with regulatory compliance, including 21 CFR Part 11, data integrity, and GxP requirements.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
