Job Title: Senior Java Full Stack Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Java Full Stack Developer to join our team at SWAI Technologies Private Limited.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain full-stack Java applications using modern frameworks and technologies.
  • Act as the go-to person for technical problems related to the Java stack and front-end technologies.
  • Write comprehensive test cases to ensure code quality and reliability.
  • Collaborate with architects and team members to influence technical decision-making and high-level design choices.
  • Evaluate different approaches for application and integration, making informed trade-offs.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and clients at all levels.
  • Drive discussions and encourage others to participate in technical decisions.
  • Establish credibility within the team through technical expertise and leadership skills.
  • Mentor fellow team members and provide technical guidance to others.
  • Build and own a growth framework for the project team.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • 4 to 7 years of experience in Java development.
  • Strong proficiency in Java programming language, including core concepts, OOP, and design patterns.
  • Expertise in at least one front-end framework (Angular, React, Vue, etc.).
  • Experience writing comprehensive test cases.
  • Ability to influence technical decision-making and high-level design choices.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to mentor and guide fellow team members.

Desired Skills:

  • Experience with cloud-native development and containerization.
  • Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools.
  • Experience with performance optimization and tuning.
  • Strong understanding of software architecture and design patterns.
  • Experience working in Agile or Scrum methodologies.
