Fashion Merchandising Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled fashion merchandiser to join our team.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in managing relationships with designers and multi-designer stores, as well as contributing to the growth and visibility of our brand portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and nurture relationships with existing designers and multi-designer stores.
  • Coordinate merchandise flow, product selection, and seasonal placements.
  • Ensure timely deliveries, product visibility, and brand positioning across partner stores.
Business Growth & Brand Development

The successful candidate will drive sales growth for existing brands by developing merchandising strategies, track performance, and provide actionable insights to maximize sell-through. They will also support marketing and promotional activities to strengthen brand recall.

Onboarding & Partnerships
  • Identify and onboard new designers that align with our vision.
  • Negotiate commercial terms and agreements with new and existing partners.
  • Develop long-term, mutually beneficial collaborations.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, candidates must have:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in fashion merchandising.
  • A strong network and relationships within the fashion industry, especially with designers and multi-designer stores.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical ability and a keen eye for fashion trends.
  • Self-motivation, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a hybrid environment.
