Job Description:

We are seeking a highly creative Growth Marketing Strategist to drive user and revenue growth across web and app channels. This full-stack role will enable you to learn and work across all aspects of growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Performance Marketing for SMB segment of Airtel Business
  • Develop growth strategy to drive user and revenue growth across web and app channels
  • Understand various components and drivers of growth, ranging from driving business organically and well as driving digital growth via paid/un-paid channels.
  • Analyse user journeys to provide actionable insights and recommendations followed by quick experimentation via A|B testing routes on traffic/ funnel enhancement to derive immediate impact on KPIs.
  • Undertake consumer research to identify their needs and current friction points and come up with analysis or consumer understanding backed ideas to unlock growth.
  • Manage cross-functional growth projects by working closely with product and functional teams to run experiments and roll out features on an ongoing basis.
  • Design and execute all aspects of digital marketing campaigns across Push, SMS, email, WhatsApp, Performance marketing channels.
  • Ability to drive large scale projects, experiments, and smaller tweaks with equal ease.
  • Stakeholder management with senior leadership. Act as the single point of contact for growth function.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in performance marketing role, preferably in the B2C or SaaS domain
  • Possesses First Principle thinking, exceptional attention to detail, great analytical bent.
  • Hands on experience on running campaigns across Google Search, Display, Facebook, Third Party App, App Campaign and Social Channels
  • Must have a strong grasp of numbers and be comfortable with quantitative analyses and simple statistics
  • Ability to work in performance focused environment and ability to manage multiple work-streams
  • Experience is managing agency teams to delivery on performance goals
