Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Visual Designer to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of design principles and be able to apply them across their work. They will also understand the impact of GenAI on the design process and be able to use it as an assistant without replacing human craft.

The Visual Designer will be responsible for creating clear, intentional, and rooted in strong design principles visuals that communicate a brand's message. They will also create motion graphics, short videos, and micro-interactions using tools like After Effects or Premiere Pro.

The successful candidate will have experience working with fast-moving teams, be comfortable with tight timelines and fast feedback cycles, and have a genuine interest in visual storytelling across formats.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A strong grasp of design principles and visual fundamentals: typography, layout, composition, and visual hierarchy.
  • Proficiency in Figma and Illustrator, or other relevant software.
  • Working knowledge of After Effects or Premiere Pro.
  • A portfolio that showcases range across brands, products, and motion is a bonus.
  • The ability to take a loose brief or abstract idea and turn it into something clear and usable.
