Ambitious AI Solutions Architect

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and ambitious individual to join our team as an AI Solutions Architect. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about building innovative solutions using cutting-edge technology.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software engineering, with expertise in designing, building, and scaling production services. They will also have a deep understanding of microservices architecture and be able to write high-quality, well-tested code that meets customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop scalable, secure systems using modern cloud technologies and industry best practices.
  • Leverage advanced GenAI techniques, including large language models (LLMs) and Agentic AI, to solve complex challenges across the organization.
  • Lead project execution by managing priorities, deadlines, and deliverables, leveraging technical expertise.
  • Mentor team members on design principles, coding standards, and AI productivity tools adoption.
  • Debug complex technical issues to enhance system reliability, scalability, and ease of operation.

Requirements:

  • 15+ years of experience in software engineering.
  • Proven expertise in designing, building, scaling, and maintaining production services, with a strong understanding of micro-services architecture.
  • Ability to write high-quality, well-tested code that meets customer needs.
  • Deep understanding of what high-quality code and software engineering processes look like, and the ability to foster an environment that promotes them.
  • Strong technical skills in system design and coding.

Bonus Points:

  • Experience navigating rapid company growth (e.g., from startup to mid-size).
  • Familiarity with GenAI frameworks/tools, Python, GoLang, Docker, Postgres, MongoDB.
