As a Security and Infrastructure Engineer, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our technology landscape.

Job Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to design, implement, and manage cloud infrastructure for high availability and scalability. Your expertise in DevOps, cloud infrastructure, and security best practices will ensure that our systems are secure, reliable, and efficient.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cloud Infrastructure Management: Develop and maintain cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) for optimal performance.
  • Infrastructure Security: Establish and enforce robust security controls (IAM policies, secrets management, access controls, monitoring).
  • CI/CD Pipelines: Build CI/CD pipelines and automate deployment workflows to boost developer productivity.
  • Vulnerability Assessments: Conduct regular vulnerability assessments, threat modeling, and incident response to safeguard systems.
  • Logging and Monitoring: Implement logging, monitoring, and alerting frameworks to ensure real-time observability and proactive issue resolution.
  • Security Best Practices: Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate security best practices into product development.
  • Compliance Readiness: Drive compliance readiness through security automation and documentation.
Requirements
  • Experience: 2-5 years of hands-on experience in DevOps, cloud infrastructure, or security engineering roles.
  • Cloud Platforms: Strong expertise in AWS/GCP/Azure (at least one major cloud platform).
  • DevOps Tools: Experience with Terraform / Ansible / Kubernetes / Docker.
  • Networking and Security: Familiarity with networking, firewalls, VPNs, and endpoint security.
  • Monitoring and Logging: Proficiency with monitoring & logging tools (Datadog, Prometheus, ELK, CloudWatch, etc.).
  • CI/CD Pipelines: Experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins).
  • Security Fundamentals: Strong knowledge of security fundamentals (encryption, IAM, vulnerability management).
  • Startup Experience: Prior startup experience preferred – comfortable wearing multiple hats and driving outcomes independently.

  • Zero-Trust Architectures: Exposure to zero-trust architectures.
  • Compliance Frameworks: Familiarity with compliance frameworks.
  • Incident Response: Experience responding to security incidents in production environments.
