About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. This key position involves partnering with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies for Non-IT positions.

  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand their staffing needs and devise targeted recruitment plans.
  • Source, screen, and hire top talent through various techniques, including job boards, professional networks, and employee referrals.
  • Assess candidate qualifications, technical skills, and cultural fit through initial phone interviews and resume screening.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and team members.
  • Facilitate the interview process, provide feedback to candidates, and ensure a positive candidate experience.
  • Verify candidate backgrounds as needed and negotiate job offers with selected candidates.
  • Maintain accurate records of candidates in our tracking system.
  • Monitor recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to management on recruitment activities and results.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR recruiter, preferably with experience recruiting for Non-IT positions.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment techniques and best practices in talent acquisition.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other HR software tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
