Master's Degree Abroad Consultant Role

Main Responsibilities:
  • Ideal candidate will handle the end-to-end process for each student subscribing to our Undergraduate and Masters service offerings.
  • Work closely with individual stakeholders (Mentors, University selection team, students, and parents) on the application process.
  • Understand customer needs and help them secure admission into their dream universities.

Requirements:

  • Exceptional writing skills with prior experience in content editing/writing.
  • Excellent organizational, project, and time management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, particularly email communication.
  • Ability to effectively coordinate with various stakeholders and senior management.
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office proficiency.
  • A collaborative mindset and ability to work seamlessly with team members and other departments.
  • Proven ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Flexibility, self-assurance, and innovative problem-solving aptitudes.
  • Ability to gather feedback from customers and incorporate it for continuous process improvement.
