US Tax Professional Wanted

We seek a skilled US tax professional to join our team.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Review and prepare complex tax returns, including partnership and corporate tax returns.
  • Mentor junior colleagues on tax concepts and procedures.
  • Contribute to the growth and development of our tax department through knowledge sharing and best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional service to clients.
  • Demonstrate independent judgment and decision-making capabilities when preparing tax returns.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3-6 years of experience in US Corporate taxation (1065/1120).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure.
  • Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills and coaching/mentoring abilities.

Key Skills:

  • Good knowledge of moderate and complex tax concepts, including forms like 8865, 5471, 5472, and 1116.
  • Experience working on US business tax returns (1065/1120) with complex situations and special allocations.
