Job Title: Data Engineering Professional

Job Description:

This role involves designing and building complex data pipelines using Azure Data Factory, integrating it with Azure SQL Database and Databricks, developing custom ETL processes using Python and SQL, and documenting architecture and data flows.

The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience in database technologies and ETL tools, strong proficiency in SQL, Python, and PySpark, and hands-on experience with Azure Data Factory.

Additionally, the successful candidate will have knowledge of object-oriented programming concepts, experience with version control systems and CI/CD pipelines, and excellent communication and documentation skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and build complex data pipelines using Azure Data Factory
- Integrate ADF with Azure SQL Database and Databricks
- Develop custom ETL processes using Python and SQL
- Document architecture and data flows
- Conduct impact assessments and provide high-level design based on business requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in database technologies and ETL tools
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, and PySpark
- Hands-on experience with Azure Data Factory
- Knowledge of object-oriented programming concepts
- Experience with version control systems and CI/CD pipelines

Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or related field
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Certifications in Azure Data Engineering or related areas
