About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow HRSD Architect to join our team at Ivy Comptech. As a key member of our Applications team, you will be responsible for designing and developing HRSD applications on the ServiceNow platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop OOTB and custom applications on the ServiceNow platform with a primary focus on HRSD development.
  • Responsible for the design and architecture of HRSD applications, including HR case management, enterprise onboarding, HR integrations, and employee centers.
  • Work closely with the user experience and platform teams to create and enhance the HRSD employee portal and mobile application.
  • Develop and maintain processes on the ServiceNow platform, requiring excellent knowledge of Service Portal setup, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, jQuery, AJAX, and Angular.js.
  • Test new and existing functionality, document new and existing processes, and train end-users.
Experience and Skills Required
  • About 8-12 years of experience in developing applications using the ServiceNow platform, with a focus on development and administration.
  • Expertise with ServiceNow Human Resource Service Delivery application in the area of HR case management, HR lifecycle events, and employee centers.
  • Architectural experience in ServiceNow HRSD, with a strong understanding of custom widget development using HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, and AngularJS.
  • Experience with Now mobile app, extensive cross-browser testing, and support.
  • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow integration using Web Services, SOAP, and REST.
  • Practical experience of ServiceNow integration with ERP systems like Oracle Cloud.
  • An appreciation of supporting production systems and end-users.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills, strong analytical and debugging skills.
  • Understanding of software development processes.
Nice to Have
  • ServiceNow certified HR Implementation Specialist.
  • Experience with other ServiceNow applications like ITSM, SAM, and Now Platform.
  • Adherence to agile development methods like Scrum.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or Technology.
