Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle functional expert to lead the implementation of Oracle Fusion Financials modules. This is a challenging role that requires strong technical expertise and excellent communication skills.

The successful candidate will work closely with finance and accounting teams to understand business processes and translate them into system requirements. They will be responsible for configuring Oracle Fusion Financials to meet business needs, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and practices.

This role also involves developing functional specifications for custom reports, interfaces, and extensions. The ideal candidate will have experience in data migration activities, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.

Additionally, the selected candidate will mentor junior team members and provide guidance on implementation best practices. They will stay updated with Oracle product enhancements and best practices, recommending upgrades and improvements.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Oracle Fusion Financials module implementation
  • Configure Oracle Fusion Financials to meet business needs
  • Develop functional specifications for custom reports, interfaces, and extensions
  • Mentor junior team members
  • Stay updated with Oracle product enhancements

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong Technical Expertise: Proven experience in Oracle Fusion Financials, specifically Financial Accounting Hub (FAH)
  • Implementation Experience: Minimum of 2 Oracle Fusion Cloud implementation cycles involving FAH
  • Business Acumen: In-depth understanding of finance processes, accounting standards, and reporting requirements
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Teamwork: Ability to operate independently in a global, fast-paced, and complex ERP landscape
  • Security Knowledge: Strong knowledge of security roles, data access groups, and internal controls
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Demonstrated problem-solving and change management capabilities

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Oracle Certification: Oracle Cloud Financials certification
  • Integration Experience: Exposure to integration tools and middleware platforms
  • Global ERP Rollouts: Experience in large-scale global ERP rollouts

Educational Qualification :Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field
