Hearing Care Specialist

Job Purpose:

Deliver clinical audiology services in Amplifon clinics, including audiology diagnostics, hearing aid fitting, and verification.

Key Responsibilities:

Strong communication skills to build trust and demonstrate high integrity.

Ability to operate audiometric equipment and administer diagnostic audiological tests for adults and children.

Subjective calibration of audiometer and impedance meter, with working knowledge of hearing and speech disorders.

Counseling adults with hearing loss using client-centered approaches.

Good working knowledge of current and past hearing aid and assistive devices technology.

Fitting and verifying hearing aids and assistive devices for adults with hearing loss.

Maintaining records, preparing reports, and conducting correspondence related to work.

Favorable relations with doctors, customers, and internal stakeholders.

Ability to learn and improvise clinical work as per inputs provided.

Aligning with organization objectives and accepting goals designed as per need.

Minimum Educational Qualification:

Bachelors in Audiology and Speech-Language Pathology (BASLP) or Masters in Audiology and Speech-Language Pathology (MASLP)
