Job Title: Project Director

Transformance Forums is seeking a highly skilled Project Director to lead our conference business events. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with industry experts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Research and recommend conference topics based on the latest trends.
  • Conduct market research to develop innovative conference agendas.
  • Communicate with industry experts to validate proposed topics, sub-themes, timing, and location.
  • Source and engage potential speakers for conferences.
  • Identify and acquire speakers through online platforms, industry publications, and recommendations.
  • Assist in developing conference direction and topics through discussions with industry experts.
  • Communicate marketing plans and work closely with team members to ensure event milestones are on target.
  • Provide excellent services and professionalism from pre-to-post events.
Requirements:
  • Graduate or postgraduate degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in conference business events as a project manager.
  • Freshers can also apply.
  • Time management skills.
