Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to take on the role of Solutions Consultant. This position requires a unique blend of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and strong communication skills.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Kinaxis RapidResponse and a proven ability to align technology capabilities with business objectives. The role involves collaborating with clients to understand their challenges and supply chain requirements, leading discovery sessions to identify pain points, and presenting customized solutions that address client needs.

The Solutions Consultant will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive supply chain solutions leveraging Kinaxis RapidResponse, creating detailed proposals, workflows, and use case demonstrations to showcase solution capabilities, and working closely with technical teams to ensure the feasibility of proposed solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Production, Mechanical, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Hands-on experience with Kinaxis RapidResponse, including configuration, implementation, or solution design.
  • Strong understanding of supply chain planning, demand management, and S&OP processes.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with a client-focused mindset.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel (pivot tables, formulas, and data analysis), Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
