Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Territory Sales Manager to join our team. As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth in your assigned territory.

Your primary objective will be to identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with existing customers to increase sales revenue.

  • Create a distributor network by identifying potential distributors, negotiating agreements, and ensuring timely payment.
  • Ensure proper documentation and statutory compliance for newly appointed distributors.
  • Set sales targets and monitor progress against these targets to ensure achievement.
  • Manage sales to distributors and retail stores, ensuring timely delivery of products and maintaining strong relationships with customers.
  • Coordinate distributor invoicing, dispatch, and collections, ensuring accurate reporting and minimal outstanding balances.
  • Monitor and analyze sales reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed as a Territory Sales Manager, you will require:

  • A minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in sales, preferably in the mobile accessories industry.
  • Strong market knowledge and understanding of customer needs.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and MIS reporting.
