Application Monitoring Professional

We are seeking a skilled professional to play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our applications.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in application monitoring and management, with expertise in Dynatrace setup and configuration. They should also have a good understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and frameworks.

  • Setup and configuration of Dynatrace for monitoring applications.
  • Troubleshooting user issues and performing root cause analysis to identify recurring problems.
  • Setting up alarming for Dynatrace and Splunk for different applications, defining and fine-tuning alerts, and integrating Dynatrace alerts into incident management tooling.
  • Analysis and optimization of application code with respect to error handling and alerting.
  • Strong understanding of synthetic monitoring and alarm management.
  • Experience with ServiceNow or similar IT service management tools.
  • Problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with diverse teams.
  • Project management 'light' skills to follow up on tasks and efficiently manage multiple priorities.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in operational application management.
  • Proven expertise in Dynatrace setup and configuration.
  • Understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and frameworks.
  • Knowledge of ITIL practices and principles.
