Senior Engineering Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Engineering Professional to join our team.
About the Role- Develop expertise in online charging systems, specifically within the Matrixx Digital Commerce Platform.
- Configure product offer configurations, balances, meters, normalizers, filters, price configurations, decision tables, Normalizer Chaining, parameterized price components for dynamic charge configuration requirements.
- Configure catalog items, product offers, bundles, and notifications for price plans.
- Enhance Matrixx Data containers and event files as per requirements.
- Utilize the Matrixx test framework for validation of offers.
- Monitor applications using Datadog and Grafana.
- Gain proficiency in Python & Shell scripting.
- Work with databases such as Oracle, Snowflake, and MongoDB on cloud platforms.
- Apply expertise in 3GPP standards for charging, including Diameter interfaces and 5G Service Based Architecture (SBA) interfaces.
- Integrate Policy and Charging Rules Function (PCRF) / Policy Control Function (PCF).
- Implement Online Charging for 5G services and configure AVPs as per requirements.
- Design the observability stack using tools like Prometheus, Grafana.
- Demonstrate technical expertise in Telecom Networking protocols and web service protocols.
- Deploy containerization (Docker), orchestration (Kubernetes), and deploy applications on public/private AWS cloud platforms.
- Resolve technical issues reported for the environment.
- Communicate complex technical ideas to leadership teams.
