**Job Title:** Software Development Supervisor

 

As a seasoned professional in software development, you will be responsible for leading the design, build, and configuration of applications. Your primary goal will be to act as the primary point of contact between various teams and stakeholders.

 

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Expected to be a Subject Matter Expert (SME)
  • Collaborate and manage the team to perform tasks efficiently
  • Responsible for making key decisions for the team
  • Engage with multiple teams to contribute to strategic planning sessions
  • Provide solutions to problems for immediate and cross-functional teams
  • Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge

 

**Professional and Technical Skills:

  • Must Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development
  • Good To Have Skills: Experience with Java, Spring Boot, Angular
  • Strong understanding of web application architecture and design principles
  • Experience with RESTful services and API development
  • Familiarity with database management systems and SQL
  • Knowledge of version control systems, particularly Git

 

**Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development
  • 15 years full time education required
