SAP Basis Leader

Our organization is looking for an experienced SAP Basis professional to lead our service delivery team.

As a seasoned SAP Basis expert, you will be responsible for overseeing the smooth operation of our SAP landscape, ensuring timely issue resolution and excellent customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills in SAP Basis administration, including HANA DB, ABAP/Java stacks, and SAP landscape management.

You should also have hands-on experience with Cloud ALM, FRUN, and ITSM tools, as well as exposure to various SAP modules and systems.

Key Requirements:
  • 10-12 years of relevant SAP Basis experience, including leadership roles in a 24x7 support environment
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, or related field
  • ITIL certification or working knowledge of ITIL-based processes is preferred

As a leader, you will be expected to mentor team members, coordinate shift activities, and maintain high service quality standards.
