Job Title: Backend Development Expert

Description:

We are seeking an experienced software engineer to design and build enterprise-grade applications. As a senior member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for creating scalable, secure, and intuitive systems across various industries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop high-quality, reliable, and performant code with monitoring & alerting.
  • Conduct design and code reviews, ensuring best practices and scalability.
  • Debug and monitor distributed systems using advanced logging tools.
  • Break down projects into manageable milestones and deliver on time.
  • Provide L3 support for existing products and implement new features.
  • Refactor codebases for performance, maintainability, and scalability.
  • Create and maintain clear technical documentation.
  • Continuously learn and adapt to new tools, technologies, and processes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree (preferred) or equivalent professional experience.
  • 5+ years of professional experience in Full Stack development.
  • Strong expertise in ReactJS or similar frontend frameworks.
  • Proficiency in PHP, Hack, JavaScript, Python, Java, or C#.
  • Hands-on experience with SQL/NoSQL, ORM frameworks, and database design.
  • 3+ years building microservices, REST APIs, GraphQL.
  • Experience in asynchronous/parallel service development.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and log monitoring in distributed systems.
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative, low-ego approach.
  • Professional fluency in English.
