At the forefront of capital markets strategy, this role presents a pivotal opportunity to shape the narrative and inform investor decisions.

About the Position:

This experienced professional will be responsible for managing quarterly earnings communication with financial institutions and investors, developing and driving capital markets strategy in collaboration with senior leadership, overseeing IPO/secondary fundraising processes, analyst/investor days, and street engagement, working closely with internal stakeholders to create consistent investor messaging, and monitoring market trends, peer performance, and shareholder sentiment to inform strategic decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive capital markets strategy to drive investor engagement and informed decision-making
  • Manage quarterly earnings communication with financial institutions and investors, ensuring timely and accurate disclosure
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and execute a robust IPO/secondary fundraising process
  • Oversee analyst/investor days and street engagement initiatives to foster strong relationships with key stakeholders
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to create consistent investor messaging and ensure alignment with overall corporate strategy
  • Monitor market trends, peer performance, and shareholder sentiment to inform strategic decisions and optimize investor relations efforts

Ideal Candidate Profile:

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A minimum of 8-12 years of experience in Investor Relations, Corporate Finance, Investment Banking, or Equity Research
  • Strong storytelling and communication skills, with a proven track record of investor engagement
  • Experience working in or alongside listed companies or pre-IPO environments
  • A deep understanding of the pharmaceutical/healthcare industry
  • A high degree of market credibility and analytical rigor
