Senior Project Manager Role

Objective: Lead the execution of projects from initiation to closure while ensuring strategic alignment with business goals and objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans that align with organizational objectives.
  • Ensure project deliverables are met on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Build strong relationships with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive collaboration and achieve project success.
  • Monitor and control project scope, schedule, and budget to prevent variances.
  • Communicate project progress and issues effectively to stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • 9-15 years of experience in program management.
  • Strong background in project management principles, methods, and tools.
  • Possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office, MS Project, and other relevant software applications.

Preferred Attributes:

  • PMP certification is an advantage.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Computer literacy and proficiency in relevant software applications.
