Job Overview

At Shrofile, we are seeking a seasoned Senior Contract Governance Specialist to lead our post-contract monitoring team, overseeing contracts from award to termination or closure. The successful candidate will develop and implement a comprehensive contract compliance monitoring and governance framework, ensuring the effective implementation of CLM policies and tools across the organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Contract Compliance Review: Conduct periodic reviews with business teams to ensure compliance with contractual terms and SLA/KPI tracking, identifying instances where penalties should be applied for non-compliance.
  • Dashboard Development: Develop dashboards to track contract compliance and prepare reports on non-compliance, providing insights to management on contracts under administration.
  • CLM Tool Integration: Ensure the efficient use of CLM tools for tracking contracts, obligations, and SLA/KPIs, integrating them with other tracking systems.
  • Process Enhancement: Identify opportunities to enhance existing compliance processes and implement necessary improvements, developing and enforcing policies and procedures aligned with company requirements.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications: Chartered Accountant/Masters in Business Administration/Engineering/Economics/Law; 10-15 years of experience in contract administration and compliance.
  • Industry Experience: Preferably in industries such as infrastructure, energy, or related fields.
  • Certifications: Additional certifications in Contract Compliance Management would be an advantage.
