Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced technology leader to spearhead the development of scalable and maintainable solutions for our existing digital platforms. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in Drupal architecture, APIs, and module development, as well as proficiency in the LAMP stack and front-end technologies.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement modular and reusable components for our digital platforms.
  • Drive new development efforts for our component-based system, ensuring seamless integration with our content management system.
  • Provide strategic direction on front-end architecture and technical design/implementation of our digital platforms.
  • Maintain and improve overall performance of our digital platforms, ensuring compliance with current standards and best practices.
  • Evaluate team designs and provide feedback on deployment safety, resilience, scale, performance, and security.
  • Facilitate feedback and discussions with Product and UX Design on customer needs, user experience, implementation efficiency, and performance.
Requirements:
  • At least 10 years of experience with Drupal architecture, APIs, and module development.
  • Proficiency in the LAMP stack (Linux, Apache, MySQL, PHP) and front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Node.js).
  • A deep understanding of system design, distributed systems, and microservices architecture.
  • Experience with digital search technologies and solutions like OpenSearch, Solr, and Elastic Search.
  • Experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and version control systems (e.g., Git).
