Job Opportunity

A role that combines leadership and technical expertise, driving campaign success in Ad operations, Programmatic, Search & Social.

Experience: 14 to 15 years required for this position.

Key skills include Ad operations, Programmatic, Search & Social, Team Handling, Client Relationship Management, Campaign setup and optimization, Reporting and analysis, Leadership and team management.

This is an exciting opportunity to lead a team of specialists, providing guidance, mentorship, and support. You will be responsible for:

  1. Team Leadership: Foster a collaborative environment, achieve departmental and client goals.
  2. Client Relationship Management: Understand business objectives, maintain strong relationships, provide strategic recommendations and insights.
  3. Campaign Management: Set up, optimize, and report on Programmatic, Search & Social campaigns.
  4. Search & Social Media Planning: Create detailed plans in line with business objectives and campaign brief.
  5. KPI Translation: Translate business KPIs into channel KPIs.
  6. Campaign Setup: Create and set up campaigns on time, on budget, and on target.
  7. Performance Tracking: Monitor performance using reporting and dashboards.
  8. Campaign Analysis and Optimization: Analyze and optimize campaigns for better results.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, business, or a related field (a relevant master's degree is a plus).
  • Proven experience in Ad operations, Programmatic, search engine marketing (SEM) and social media marketing, preferably in a leadership or managerial role.
  • Knowledge of search engine platforms, such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media platforms, such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Managed performance of campaigns across different DSPs including but not limited to DV360, Amazon and TTD.
  • Proficiency in using web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and social media analytics platforms.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
