Backend Engineer for Strapi CMS

We are seeking an experienced Backend Engineer with expertise in Strapi CMS to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in JavaScript/TypeScript and Node.js, with a proven track record of designing and scaling RESTful APIs.

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess a deep understanding of authentication/authorization, security best practices, and API governance.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop high-quality backend systems using Strapi CMS.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless API integration and governance.
  • Mentor and guide junior engineers to improve their skills and knowledge.
  • Requirements:
  • 4+ years of experience as a Backend Engineer, with at least 2+ years focused on Strapi CMS in production environments.
  • Strong expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript and Node.js.
  • Proven experience designing and scaling RESTful APIs.
  • Deep understanding of authentication/authorization, security best practices, and API governance.
  • Nice to Have:
  • Experience with other headless CMS platforms for comparison/architecture decisions.
  • Exposure to frontend frameworks for end-to-end project collaboration.
