Business Process Optimization Specialist

The Operations team plays a vital role in driving business efficiency and growth. As an Operations professional, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of operational processes and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:- Driving Operational Efficiency: Identify areas of improvement and implement process enhancements to increase productivity and reduce costs.
- Governance and Meetings: Participate in weekly governance calls and monthly meetings with stakeholders to ensure alignment and address any operational concerns.
- Quality of Business Discussions: Drive discussions on key business metrics such as persistency, E2R, free-look, issuance, and leakage to ensure optimal performance.
- MOM Drive and ATR Resolution: Lead the MOM (Measure, Own, and Monitor) drive and resolve ATRs (Account Transfer Requests) in a timely manner.
- Distribution Engagement: Foster strong relationships with distribution partners to ensure seamless execution of operational tasks.
- Escalation and Query Management: Serve as a single point of contact for bank complaints and service queries, and manage underwriting requests from banks.
- Training and Development: Provide training and education to bank staff on operational processes and new initiatives to enhance their knowledge and skills.
