Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our Blending and Movement projects, leveraging their expertise in project engineering and software implementation.

The ideal candidate should possess a strong background in chemical or instrumentation engineering with hands-on experience in automation systems such as DCS, PLCs, or SCADA.

  • Project Delivery: Deliver end-to-end Blending and Movement projects from functional design to implementation, handling dependencies and constraints.
  • Design Development: Create detailed design documents, including FDS, DDS, test procedures, and training manuals.
  • Collaboration: Lead customer meetings, collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to define project scope, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Progress Management: Track and manage project progress, reporting regularly to stakeholders.
  • Talent Management: Develop and implement effective talent management strategies to ensure the right skills and resources are allocated to meet project requirements.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Manage customer expectations, ensuring delivery within budget and timelines.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • BE/B.Tech/M.Tech in Chemical or Instrumentation Engineering.
  • Hands-on experience in automation systems such as DCS, PLCs, or SCADA.
  • Implementation experience of Blending and Movement software.
