Lead Murex Implementations Project Manager

A highly skilled and experienced professional is required to lead the implementation of Murex in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

  • Minimum 15 years of experience in Murex implementations with at least 6 years in project management.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading and managing a team to deliver the Murex upgrade program from an offshore location.
  • End-to-end execution of projects, including initiation, planning, scheduling, execution, and completion.
  • Stakeholder communication, stakeholder management, and fostering strong relationships with clients, team members, and end-user stakeholders.
  • Identifying risks, issues, critical path activities, and tracking their mitigations, resolution, and coming up with solutions.
  • Providing status updates related to all stakeholders.
  • People management and resource allocation.
  • Project status tracking and setting up different levels of governance.

Key skills and qualifications include:

  • Strong understanding of Murex architecture and ability to comprehend end-to-end processes.
  • Subject matter expert in at least one Murex module (MxML & Back Office Workflows, Datamart Reporting, or Front Office).
  • Excellent leadership and management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Offshore delivery management experience.
  • Team management experience.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Experience in handling at least one Murex upgrade project, project management tools exposure (Jira, etc.), and Scrum certification.
