
Outstanding Marketing Manager Wanted

This role is responsible for managing and executing various marketing activities to drive brand visibility, consumer engagement, and sales. The ideal candidate will have experience in FMCG/Alco-Bev sales and possess strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
Responsibilities
- Conduct market research to evaluate and finalize outlet locations.
- Manage installations and maintenance at vendor outlets, ensuring timely clearance of bills as per PO.
- Coordinate with the sales team to finalize beat plans, deploy promotional elements, and gifts at outlets as per the activity calendar.
- Develop and innovate signage elements, such as racks, main shop signage, and gondolas.
- Collate and update TSEs & TLs monthly scores in online and offline portals.
- Prepare and supervise contracts for rental outlets and obtain approval through the legal team.
- Ensure accurate documentation, supervision, and monitoring of challans, in/out stock registers, bills, POs, GRAs, PR, and attendance of the sales team.
- Plan and execute POSMs, display units, shelf shares for branding and merchandising as per contract and obtain required sign-off for PO payments.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- MBA in Sales and Marketing.
- 2-4 years of experience in FMCG/Alco-Bev sales.
- Planning, execution, and review.
- Analytical and reasoning skills; data analytics.
