Cloud Engineering and Infrastructure Automation Expert

This is a fantastic opportunity to join our organization as a skilled Cloud Engineer, working with us to design and implement highly scalable, secure, and resilient cloud-native systems.

  • We are seeking a highly motivated individual with expertise in AWS services, container orchestration using Kubernetes, and infrastructure automation using Terraform, Ansible, Chef, and Vault.
  • The ideal candidate will have experience with GitLab CI/CD, GitHub Actions, and GitOps practices, as well as a solid understanding of C# and JavaScript build/deploy pipelines.
  • A strong scripting background in PowerShell, Python, and Shell is also required.

Responsibilities include architecting and managing AWS infrastructure, supporting and optimizing Azure services, developing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, automating infrastructure provisioning, containerizing applications using Docker, Docker Compose, and orchestrating with Kubernetes, implementing and enforcing GitOps workflows, branching strategies (GitFlow), versioning, tagging, and release processes, managing artifact repositories (Artifactory, Blob Storage) and integrating with build systems, ensuring code quality and security using SonarQube, Dependabot, megalinter, MSTest, Twistlock, collaborating with development teams to support build and deployment processes for C# and JavaScript applications, scripting and automating tasks using PowerShell, Python, and Shell, participating in Agile planning and development cycles using tools like Confluence and Rally, monitoring and troubleshooting across Windows, Linux, and MacOS environments.

The successful candidate will possess a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Additionally, proficiency in Agile methodologies, iterative planning, and collaboration tools is essential.
