Job Title: Cloud Engineering Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Cloud Engineering Specialist to lead our project development, production support and maintenance activities.

  • Project Initiation and Execution: Guide team members on technical aspects, conduct reviews of technical documents and artefacts to ensure successful initiation, planning, execution, control and completion of the project.
  • Leadership and Collaboration: Lead the customer interface for the project, proactively addressing any issues before they are escalated. Promote team work, motivate, mentor and develop subordinates.
  • Ticket Management: Track open tickets/ incidents in queue and allocate tickets to resources ensuring that the tickets are closed within deadlines.
  • Process Compliance: Ensure project is in compliance with Software Quality Processes and within timelines.
