Responsibilities:

  • Design complex analog circuits from block level to full chip with a focus on driving design innovation and best practices.
  • Work independently to design, simulate, and verify analog circuits, taking complete ownership of the design process.
  • Develop a deep understanding of IC processing, packaging, and production test, as well as familiarity with advanced IC CAD tools.
  • Mentor and promote new college graduates, providing guidance and support to help them grow in their careers.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering.
  • 6+ years of experience in Analog Circuit Design, Simulation, and Verification.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Solid understanding of layout care-abouts and identifying limitations of design to testability, debug, characterization, and production/yield targets.
  • Experience in building power products from concept to market release.
