Product Manager Role

This role requires a candidate with strong product management skills and experience in the pharmaceutical industry.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving top-line, market share, and bottom-line targets for assigned brands. This will involve analyzing market conditions, forecasting sales and market share, and independently handling brand management responsibilities for allocated brands.

Maintaining advertising budgets within targets and ensuring quality and timely delivery of inputs to the field force are also key aspects of this role.

Others:

The Product Manager will work closely with other functional areas within the organization, including Medical, Training, Promo team, Supply Chain, Finance, etc. Conducting CSM and other sales meetings, divisional initiatives which are of significant impact to the business / orgn. (for eg: revamping the specialty coverage, cross-functional projects, etc.)

Buddying new brand managers in the team and mentoring / guiding to management trainees in the team are also essential tasks of this role.
