Job Title: UI Developer

We are seeking an experienced UI Developer to join our software development team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop responsive web applications using modern front-end technologies.
  • Design visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces by following best practices in UX/UI design.
  • Optimize front-end performance to enhance application speed and responsiveness.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Work with cross-functional teams to integrate UI components with backend services.
  • Translate customer needs into design solutions.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and provide creative UI/UX input.

User-Centered Design & Prototyping:

  • Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for new product features.
  • Conduct usability testing and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Maintain design consistency across all company products and platforms.

Code Quality & Maintenance:

  • Write clean, reusable, and efficient code for UI components.
  • Maintain and update existing UI frameworks and libraries.
  • Troubleshoot and debug UI-related issues.

Staying Up-to-Date:

  • Keep up with emerging UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Advocate for modern UI frameworks and design approaches to improve the development process.
  • Enhance skills and contribute to team knowledge sharing.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in UI development.
  • Proficiency in ReactJS, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
  • Experience with responsive design frameworks.
  • Knowledge of design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
  • Strong understanding of front-end performance optimization.
  • Agile development environment experience.
  • Basic understanding of RESTful APIs.
  • Excellent communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • UI testing framework experience.
  • Familiarity with TypeScript and modern CSS frameworks.
  • Accessibility best practices knowledge.
