Piping Design Expertise Wanted

As a seasoned Piping Design Engineer, you will be working closely with clients to execute their complex design projects. Your responsibilities include preparing and reviewing detailed piping designs, analysis, procurement specifications, etc.

About the Role:
  • Preparation and review of piping designs, including preparation of bill of materials and weight calculations.
  • Excellent understanding and knowledge of international piping standards, piping components, and materials, etc.
  • Reading and understanding piping material specifications, construction standards, and project requirements.
  • Creation of 3D models, drawings, and other engineering deliverables in line with project standards and yard requirements.
  • Piping modeling for detail design of various projects.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent with a PG qualification in Piping from a recognized institute.
  • A minimum of up to 5 years of work experience in the Marine field.
  • Working experience in 3D ship design software like Cadmatic and Ship Constructor, Aveva Marine, etc.
  • Experience in piping design projects in Ship Outfitting or with shipyard experience.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with customers.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
