Enterprise Portal Lead Role

We are seeking an experienced technical lead to spearhead the modernization and decoupling of legacy enterprise portals and web applications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead technical planning, design, and execution of portal separation activities.
  • Refactor and migrate web applications ensuring compatibility and scalability in new deployment environments.
  • Collaborate with architects, DevOps, and infrastructure teams to transition workloads from shared to entity-specific hosting.
  • Manage deployment and configuration across multiple environments.
  • Troubleshoot performance and integration issues, and provide hands-on support in resolving incidents.
  • Ensure secure access control, data partitioning, and user experience continuity during and after separation.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in application development and platform support.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with IBM WebSphere Portal Server.
  • Strong experience with JBoss Application Server and Struts Framework.
  • Proven leadership in managing full-stack teams and delivering legacy modernization or platform decoupling initiatives.
