Test Engineering Lead

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the end-to-end Quality Engineering (QE) strategy for the implementation of a Digital Wealth platform. This role requires deep expertise in digital wealth management and test leadership, with the ability to design test strategies, manage cross-functional teams, and ensure compliance with client and organizational quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive QE strategy to ensure timely delivery of high-quality testing services.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define test plans, identify technical skill needs, and develop resource allocation strategies.
  • Manage offshore teams and drive timely, high-quality deliveries.
  • Ensure strict adherence to testing processes and coordinate with client teams for UAT.
  • Report on testing activities, including results, test suite coverage, test case creation, and defect tracking.
  • Develop and implement metrics measurement and reporting processes to track project progress.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Proven experience with Digital Wealth implementation.

Strong background in QE/Test Management for large-scale financial platforms.

Demonstrated ability to manage offshore teams and drive timely, high-quality deliveries.

Good-to-Have Skills

Experience in Mobile Banking, Onboarding Channels, or Internet Banking.

Hands-on exposure to Comarch Wealth Management solutions.

Familiarity with UAE market practices.
