Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Cloud Solutions Specialist to manage and optimize our Salesforce Marketing Cloud operations. This role will ensure smooth campaign execution, data integration, automation, and user support.

Main Responsibilities & Deliverables:

  • Collaborate with marketing managers to guarantee successful campaign outcomes.
  • Create and configure Customer Journeys in Salesforce Marketing Cloud for enhanced customer experiences.
  • Design and implement lead generation forms, surveys, and content setup for campaigns.
  • Develop cloud pages and scripting to boost campaign performance and efficiency.
  • Execute campaigns and provide ongoing consultations and training for marketing teams.
  • Maintain close relationships with CRM owners to understand data integration requirements and preferences.
  • Establish Segments in Data Cloud and assist with platform adoption and implementation.

Required Skills & Expertise:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant or similar role.
  • SF Marketing Cloud Consultant Certified or equivalent certification.
  • At least 2 other SF certifications demonstrating expertise.
  • A deep understanding of Salesforce Marketing Cloud features and functionality.
