Job Overview

This is a challenging opportunity for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Representative to join our team at One Call.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist customers in the showroom, ensuring a positive and personalized experience
  • Build strong relationships with customers through excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Recommend suitable modular furniture products based on customer needs and preferences
  • Provide accurate information about product features, pricing, and availability
  • Process sales transactions and ensure timely delivery of products
  • Maintain showroom appearance and organize product displays
  • Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge

Requirements

  • Proven work experience in showroom sales or a similar role
  • Knowledge of modular furniture products and the ability to explain their benefits
  • Strong customer focus and ability to build relationships
  • Proficient in using sales tools and POS systems
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
