Cloud Infrastructure Engineer Position

We are seeking an experienced Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to join our cloud infrastructure team.

  • Design, deploy, and manage cloud infrastructure including virtual networks, virtual machines, storage solutions, load balancers, and identity management.
  • Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like Terraform, ARM Templates, or Bicep.
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize cloud resources for cost, performance, and security.
  • Collaborate with application developers and DevOps teams to support Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines and cloud-native application deployments.
  • Manage Azure Active Directory (AAD), Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) roles, and integrate with on-premises AD when required.
  • Set up and manage cloud backup, site recovery, and disaster recovery solutions.
  • Configure and monitor security controls using Microsoft Defender for Cloud, Azure Security Center, Network Security Groups (NSGs), and firewalls.
  • Ensure compliance with security standards and governance policies.
  • Support migrations of on-premises workloads to the cloud using tools like Azure Migrate.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong hands-on experience with core cloud services:
  • 1. Compute (VMs, App Services, Kubernetes)
  • 2. Networking (VNet, VPN, ExpressRoute, Load Balancer, Application Gateway)
  • 3. Storage (Blob, File, Disk, Azure Files)
  • 4. Monitoring, Logging, and Analytics (Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, Application Insights)
  • Experience with PowerShell, Azure CLI, or Bash scripting.
  • Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) Terraform / ARM / Bicep.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, etc.).
  • Understanding of containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Knowledge of security best practices and Azure Identity & Access Management (IAM).
  • Exposure to DevOps principles and Agile methodologies.
