Job Title: Flexcube Consultant

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Flexcube Consultant to join our team at Meva Consulting Pvt. Ltd. As a Flexcube Consultant, you will be responsible for providing technical support and implementation services for Oracle FLEXCUBE Corporate Core Banking product.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support and implementation services for Oracle FLEXCUBE Corporate Core Banking product.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of various Flexcube Corporate Modules, including Fund Transfer/Payments/Bills & Collection/Letter of Credit/Loans/General Ledger.
  • Collaborate with offshore development and support teams to ensure timely delivery of technical deliverables, including customizations, patch sets, and fixes.
  • Monitor and escalate incidents, ensuring timely resolution and adherence to SLAs.
  • Support scheduled weekend activities, such as BCM testing and data center power down.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders, including client IT teams, support teams, and offshore development teams, to prepare and provide status reports to management and clients.
  • Participate in automation and continuous service improvement initiatives.
  • Guide business users on configuration issues related to the application.
  • Regularly report defect status and critical issues requiring senior management attention.
  • Follow structured configuration and release processes for applying fixes and software releases.
  • Work closely with infrastructure and database support teams to ensure the core banking environment is fully secured and optimized for high performance.
  • Analyze debug logs and participate in automation and continuous service improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

  • 5-10 years of total experience, with 3-6 years of experience in primary skills.
  • Previous banking experience and knowledge of how to engage with offshore development and support teams in providing end-to-end resolution for production incidents, with status reporting and root cause analysis.
  • Ability to work in a high-pressure, fast-moving, and challenging environment.
  • ITIL v3 Foundations certification is an added advantage.
  • Other skills include being self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work well in a team environment, but also on an individual basis to ensure tasks and actions are completed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or Banking.
  • Fluency in English is a must.

Working Hours:

Ready to work in morning/afternoon/night shift (9-hour shift, 5 days a week).
