Senior Staff Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Staff Engineer to lead complex projects from definition through execution and into production.

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and experience in leading teams to develop high-performance System on Chip (SoC) architectures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define and plan SoC development projects, including milestones and resource requirements.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to track execution, triage issues, and perform prudent escalation.
  • Represent the design community to provide succinct weekly status and attend cross-functional meetings.
  • Perform SoC design integration and maintain design collateral, such as documentation, register libraries, and pinouts.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor or Master's degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering.
  • At least 12 years of industry experience in full-chip development cycles, preferably with expertise in architecture, micro-architecture, digital design processes, and high-speed interfaces.
  • Experience with top-down planning and execution of SoC projects, including knowledge of RISC-V and ARM processors, Verilog and System Verilog, scripting languages like Perl, Python, Tcl, shell, and low-power design methodology.
