Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Sales Director to lead our fertilizer products sales team at Swan Energy Limited. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding market share, and building strong relationships with distributors and B2B clients across Pan India.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets.
  • IDentify and capitalize on new market opportunities to ensure alignment with company goals.
  • Plan, appoint, and manage distributors and channel partners to maximize market reach.
Sales Performance Management:
  • Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets through effective sales performance management.
  • Monitor market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.
  • Prepare and manage detailed sales forecasts, budgets, and periodic reports for management review.
Customer and Stakeholder Engagement:
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with distributors, B2B clients, and large institutional customers.
  • Negotiate and close high-value agreements with key clients.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and seminars to enhance brand visibility.
Field Operations and Market Development:
  • Oversee field-level operations, including cropping seasons, pest and disease management, and farmer engagement.
  • Support the sales team with technical expertise in fertilizers, bio-pesticides, and bio-nutrients.
  • Organize and lead field demonstrations and farmer training programs to promote products.
Process and Performance Optimization:
  • Identify and implement improvements in the sales process to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with product pricing methodologies, registration procedures, and export documentation standards.

Estimated Salary: ₹15,00,000 - ₹25,00,000 per annum (depending on experience), depending on qualifications and experience.
